Plain terms for a small shop: what you are buying, when the order becomes a contract, and what happens if something is wrong.
This site is a shop. It lists the whey protein and creatine ZyrexBio stocks, sets out what each manufacturer’s label states, shows the price of each item, and lets you place an order through the checkout. Payment is by bank transfer or PayID: no card is taken on this site and no card details are stored anywhere on it.
Placing an order at the checkout is an offer to buy at the price shown. It is accepted, and a contract formed, when ZyrexBio emails your order reference and payment details. Stock is held for you from that moment. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, you are told promptly and nothing is owed — and because payment is by transfer rather than card, you are never charged before that point.
ZyrexBio is an individual seller reselling genuine, sealed retail packs bought as finished goods. Nothing is manufactured, blended, repackaged or tested here. ZyrexBio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor for Musashi or Optimum Nutrition, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. How stock is sourced, and what you can check on the pack yourself before opening it, is set out on /authenticity.
Brand names, product names, label text and product images appear here to identify the goods being offered for sale. They remain the property of their respective owners and are used for that identifying purpose only. No trade mark licence is granted or implied by their appearance on this site. Where a manufacturer updates its packaging, a listing image may show an earlier version of the same product.

Listing details — size, serve count, protein or creatine per serve, flavour — are taken from the manufacturer’s packaging and given in good faith. Formulations, artwork and nutritional panels change from time to time without notice. Where a listing and the pack in your hand disagree, the manufacturer’s label prevails. If something looks wrong in a listing, email info@zyrexbioau.com and it will be corrected.
Goods sold in Australia come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for their usual purpose. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those guarantees. Remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items are set out on /returns.
Beyond the consumer guarantees above, and to the extent permitted by law, ZyrexBio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or from a product used other than in accordance with its label. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. The version published on this page applies.
