Yes. These are sealed retail packs made and packaged by Musashi and Optimum Nutrition. I resell them as an independent seller, with no affiliation to either brand. When your pack arrives, check that the safety seal is unbroken and that the batch code and expiry date are printed on it.

Do you advise on how much to take?

No. I do not give dosage, training or nutrition advice. Always read the label and follow the directions for use printed on the pack. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or under medical care, speak to a health professional before use.

Can I pick up locally?

Local pick-up in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria may be arranged by agreement. It is not automatic and it is not offered on every enquiry. Mention it in your email and I will confirm whether it can be arranged, along with a time that suits us both.

Email info@zyrexbioau.com with your enquiry details and photos of the pack and the outer packaging, and do not use the product. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to anything bought from ZyrexBio, and I will work the problem through with you by email.

ZyrexBio resells sealed retail packs of Musashi and Optimum Nutrition product. Nothing is opened, decanted or relabelled before it reaches you.

Stock arrives as finished retail product in the manufacturer’s own packaging. It goes out the same way — seal intact, label intact, batch code and expiry date as printed by the brand. What you receive is what a shop shelf holds.

ZyrexBio does not manufacture, blend, repackage or decant anything. There are no unbranded tubs, no bulk scoops, no relabelling. If a pack cannot be sold sealed and complete, it is not sold at all.

02 / WHEN IT ARRIVES

Four checks, under a minute.

Look at the pack before you open it. The safety seal under the lid should be unbroken. The batch code and expiry date should be printed on the tub or pouch by the manufacturer, not stickered over or handwritten.

Then read the label against the listing: brand, flavour, size and serve count. If anything does not line up, stop and email info@zyrexbioau.com before use. An unopened pack is far easier to sort out.

03 / STORAGE

Cool and dry, sealed until use.

Keep protein and creatine somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from heat or steam. Leave the pack sealed until you start it, and close it properly between uses so moisture stays out.

The manufacturer’s label is the authority on storage and use for that product. Where anything here differs from what is printed on the pack, follow the pack. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
