Whey and creatine are two different products.

What separates a protein powder from a creatine powder, in composition, form and use.

What whey protein is

Whey is a protein fraction of milk, dried into a powder and sold as a food-style supplement. The two whey tubs ZyrexBio stocks are flavoured powders, prepared as the label directs. Musashi Recover 100% Whey is a premium whey protein blend in Vanilla, 2 kg, 60 serves. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey uses whey protein isolate as its primary source, in Vanilla Ice Cream, 907 g, 29 servings.

What creatine is

Creatine is a single compound, usually supplied as creatine monohydrate, and it is not a protein source. Serves are small by comparison. Musashi Fuel Creatine is unflavoured, 800 g, 160 serves at 5 g of monohydrate per serve. Optimum Nutrition Creatine+ is a flavoured 3-in-1 formula in Strawberry Peach, 360 g, 40 servings. That is why the two sit under separate categories, Protein and Creatine, on /products.

Choosing between them

Neither product is a substitute for a balanced diet, and neither will do the work of your training. Decide by looking at what you already eat and what you already do, then read both labels and compare the panels side by side. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or under medical care, speak to a health professional first. Questions about flavour, size or serve counts go to info@zyrexbioau.com.

Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Nothing on these pages is health, medical or nutrition advice, and no dosage is suggested here. ZyrexBio resells genuine sealed retail product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Musashi or Optimum Nutrition; brand names identify the goods being sold. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or under medical care, speak to a health professional before use.
